Due to an unprecedented number of customer emails AlexandAlexa has decided to suspend all phone lines to enable us to work to clear the backlog.

We are working to prioritise emails to ensure that the most urgent queries are answered first but that may mean that more routine enquiries may take longer to resolve. Please do not send repeat emails.

In the meantime we are contacting all those with affected orders to personally bring them up to date and offer them support.

You can email us at customerservice@alexandalexa.com. We strive to reply to all new customer enquiries received as soon as possible. Since our network deals with many hundreds of enquiries each day, sending multiple emails may delay a reply.

SOCIAL MEDIA

AlexandAlexa operates on most major social media networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+.

This is also a great way to reach our Customer Service team but remember that presently we can only reply to postings, tweets or messages during normal operating hours. However, we automatically monitor and record all our networks 24/7 and promise to respond as soon as we can. This also means you do not need to send repeat messages.

For your safety and security DO NOT include personal contact details in public messages. Please use private/direct messaging for this information. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of AlexandAlexa receiving your return. We'll send an email confirmation when this has been completed.

Your refund can take up to five working days after processing to appear on your account, depending on your service provider.
