The D&G Junior Collection

Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, has been making a name for itself since debuting their women’s collection for the first time in Milan 1985. The collection was launched to critical acclaim and following this eponymous premiere, knitwear, beachwear, lingerie, accessories and a men’s wear collection soon followed, as well as boutiques opening in Milan, America and other cities worldwide. Dolce & Gabbana has now been organised into two central brands; D&G and Dolce & Gabbana. D&G is a collection of casual pieces at slightly lower prices, whereas Dolce & Gabanna is reserved for haute couture and more expensive prices tags. A home wear collection was launched in 1994, fragrances in 1997, eye wear and sunglasses in 1998, time in February 2000, underwear in March 2000 and children’s and baby wear in 2001.
