Founded by Amie Nilsson in 2003, Merino Kids has become an internationally recognised, award-winning brand. The New Zealand-based designer specialises in sleepwear for newborns, babies, infants and toddlers that is made from super-soft, 100% natural fibres. Born out of Nilsson's research into infant sleepwear after the birth of her first daughter. Unsatisfied with the quality of the synthetic products that flooded the market, she brought her background in textile design to bear on the problem and a bedtime sensation was born.
